“Dancing with myself” untersucht in einem Selbstversuch die Möglichkeit, religionsspezifisches Rollenverständnis und kulturspezifische Auffassung von Weiblichkeit einer neu entdeckten Form, sich als Individuum auszuleben, anzunähren. Wir werden manchmal von sehr widersprüchlichen Gefühlen und Impulsen geleitet. Die Gesellschaft gibt vor, wie wir uns zu verhalten haben. Die “Rockfabrik” ist ein Ort, an dem sich Menschen ausleben.
In a self-experiment, “dancing with myself” examines the possibility of arousing religious-specific roles and cultic-specific conception of femininity of a newly discovered form of living life as an individual. Sometimes we are led by very contradictory feelings and impulses. Society pretends how we have to behave. The “Rockfabrik” is a place where people feel free to live their individual personality when they are dancing.
